A good sound sleep can deliver you a very good day. When you had a fresh sleep last night you must start your day with most pleasant and productive way as well. In contrast a bad night can make your daily life miserable.
Turn off lights
A person usually likes to sleep in dark. Any bright light at your bed room can hamper your sleep. The best way is to go for dim light. A bed switch is also very useful. Just make sure that you can control light switch from your bed.
Control room temperature
Remember your body temperature gradually fall while you are in asleep. So adjust your fan or room air conditioner according to your need.
Keep your room quiet
A calm and quiet bed room is compulsory for sound sleep. Any kind of noise may interrupt your sleep. Even a tiny sound from your clock can cause problem. So before go for sleep make sure that any kind of unexpected sound cannot be happened. An easier way is to use an ear plug to remain free from disturbing sound.
No television in bed room
Never watch television in your bed room. Watching TV during sleep might disturb your sleep. Your bed room is only for sleep and sexes nothing else. Don’t try to sit before computer during bed time.
Take a bath before sleep
During summer you can take a bath before go for sleep. If not possible wash your hand, face and legs. The result is will be amazed you.
No exercise before bed time
You can take a stroll before bed time. But no heavy physical exercise. Remember physical exercise before bed time must disturb your sound sleep.
